PASSWORD RESETS - Once you have the account dont lose it, we recommend changing your password when you login for the first time. Exceptions may be made regarding password resets but this is not a guarentee, all refusals are final.
DONT GET V& or B& - Ways to get banned include; sending spam, excessive account creation, using your email to abuse, attack or commit any malice to our and all other services and/or breaking any laws set by government agencies (look them up if you're that interested). Warnings may be issued. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to report a user.
LEGAL STUFF - WHOR.EMAIL and all sister companies are under no legal obligation to provide you with service at any given time, nor do we give any guarentee of keeping our service provided consistent, we do not provide a warranty with any service. In other words, dont try and sue us over something we dont have an obligation to provide. (If servers are down let us know, dont take us to court plz k thx...)
NO REFUNDS - Every first day of every month we wipe invite codes so the invite system doesnt become a useless feauture. If you purchse a code just before wipe we will not refund you but instead be fair and send you a new invite code, if this is the case contact us and we'll sort it out.
Data WHOR.EMAIL collects;
WHOR.EMAIL does not require any personally identifiable information to register for the service, however, our servers will log your current ip. To avoid providing WHOR.EMAIL personal information, use Tor or a VPN, and follow basic OPSEC guidelines.
WHOR.EMAIL may be retaining the following information about your account:
. Registration information (E-mail address, hashed password, IP address, user agent, timestamps)
. Cookies used to keep you logged in to WHOR.EMAIL and the webmail interface
. Session information saved by webmail in order to provide webmail access
. Mail storage (Anything saved in your inbox, sent, or any other mail folders)
. Mail filters (Configurable through the webmail interface)
. 48-72 hours of IMAP and SMTP log information (detailed below)
WHOR.EMAIL may also be retaining the following information not related to your account:
HTTP access logs containing your IP address, user agent, and type/location of your requests
WHOR.EMAIL does not guarantee that the above information is stored, only that it does not knowingly collect information in addition to this.
IMAP and SMTP logs include:
When an E-mail is sent, the username, destination e-mail address, and information about the connection (like IP address, quota information)
When you connect to IMAP, what IP address and username (if any) you are logging in with, and if that login was successful
Sharing of Data:
WHOR.EMAIL does not sell or share your personal data. WHOR.EMAIL is encrypted server-side at all times. If an E-mail is sent through WHOR.EMAIL to a mail server that it cannot establish a TLS connection with, or if WHOR.EMAIL receives an e-mail from a server that does not attempt a TLS connection, this E-mail will be transmitted over the internet without encryption.
Use of Data.
WHOR.EMAIL uses your data for the following purposes:
Automatically by a robot
All E-mail sent or received through WHOR.EMAIL is automatically scanned for spam
Statistics like how many e-mails you've sent is used for quota tracking purposes
May be looked at by a human or a robot to investigate abuse
Your registration information
to comply with legal orders
WHOR.EMAIL complies with every legal order for user information under the jurisdictions which are applicable.
Proof of Ownership:
Because WHOR.EMAIL does not require any personal information to register, your ability to log into your WHOR.EMAIL account is the only way to prove ownership of it. Do not lose your password! You will lose any ability to control your account if you do.
As a WHOR.EMAIL user, you have the right to erasure your account at any time.
